How many holes would need to be drilled for mounting? What's it rated?

There are 4 holes total, two each side. I do not have the instructions, but I think it bolts through exiting holes in the frame. Ratings are 350# tongue weight, 3500# towed weight. Send me a private mail and I will forward a photo.

If you are interested, I have the instructions and can email them to you. The frame does need to be drilled.
