Very nice, indeed. '67 was the pinnacle year for the C2 (the so-called 'mid-year' generation of the Corvette). And to think that '67 was initially supposed to be the first year of the next generation, which lasted far too long as it was...That would have meant only four years of the greatest Corvette of all - the C2 mid-year Sting Ray. Everyone has their own personal favorites, and after more than 55 years of the Corvette...there's plenty to choose from...But the mid-year Sting Ray is the best in my humble opinion...I've owned two of these wonderful machines...a '66 Silver Pearl convertible with matching all silver interior, 327/350, 4-speed...and a '74 dark green T-Top, with automatic...
The '74 was just a big disappointment...the '66 was the start of a life-long love affair.
